Excellent communication throughout entire appointment. Milano home improvements completed the job within the agreed time frame and left the site clean and tidy upon completion. There were a few issues in the property which caused concern. However, Milano home improvements found solutions ensuring we kept to the budget. An electrician was engaged to remove light fittings, doorbell, light switches and smoke alarms which left some damage to the paintwork. They returned to make touch ups and ensure the job was completed as agreed. The team also did a great job clearing the garden. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I was amazed at the efficiency and determination to finish the work to the best standard within the agreed timeframe - the most hardworking tradesmen I've dealt with. They were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to execute the work perfectly, giving me helpful advice as to resolving some issues that came to light. Did more than expected in a span of 3 weeks - painting, skirting, flooring, skimming plus he and his team co-ordinated with other guys working in the property like plumbers and handymen. He is very responsive, knows his craft and finishes things in a perfect way. | have recommended him to one of my friend already, would recommend him to others as well. Selecting a decorator on-line is always a slightly daunting experience (Will they turn up? Will they wreck my house? Will | get scammed?). But I'd say | got lucky with Millan and crew. They quoted me significantly less than the friend-of-a-friend that | originally consulted and, apart from an unforeseen problem with the roof (timber had rotted as a result of a long standing leak), they kept to budget - none of the constant chin scratching and ‘reluctant’ and ‘unavoidable’ escalating of costs that I've had to fight with previous builders. There was even a heavy dose of humour included - Millan and his Merry Men were a bit of a triple act when it came to friendly banter. And, at the end of the process, my kitchen is transformed - excellent result all round for minimum stress.
I'm pleased to say that they will, all three of them, be back in a couple of weeks for job number 2: clearing the garden.
